Vehicle Type and Capacity
The single biggest pricing factor. An executive sedan starts lower than a Black SUV. A Sprinter van costs more than both. Stretch limousines are priced hourly with a 4-hour minimum. View full fleet specs to choose the right vehicle for your group size and occasion.

Date and Day of Week
Weekday airport transfers run at standard rates. Friday and Saturday evenings may be higher for stretch vehicles. Peak seasons include cherry blossom season (late March to April), prom season (May to June), and the holiday period through December.

Route and Distance
Airport transfer rates are based on standard downtown DC pickup. Pickups from outer suburbs in Bethesda, McLean, or Reston may carry a different rate. Multi-stop and hourly as-directed bookings are priced based on total time in service.

Duration and Minimum Hours
Airport transfers are flat-rate one-way with no hourly minimum. Hourly bookings for sedans and SUVs have a 3-hour minimum. Stretch limousines (Cadillac Escalade, Hummer, Lincoln Town Car) have a 4-hour minimum. Coach bus rentals also require a 4-hour minimum.

Yes. All DC metro tolls, Dulles Access Road fees, and airport pickup or drop-off fees are included in your quoted rate. There are no itemized charges added at the end of your ride. The rate confirmed at booking is the rate you pay.
Gratuity is not automatically included in quoted rates. It is not added to your invoice. Standard gratuity in the DC limousine industry is 15 to 20 percent of the base rate and is given directly to your chauffeur at the end of your ride if you choose to. Your chauffeur's punctuality and professionalism is our baseline on every booking — gratuity is always the client's choice.
No. Beltway Limousines does not use surge pricing under any circumstances. Your rate is fixed at the time of booking and does not change based on traffic conditions, weather, time of day, or demand. If your flight is delayed two hours, your chauffeur waits and your rate does not change. This is one of the key differences between a professional airport car service and a rideshare app.
Airport transfers and point-to-point transfers have no hourly minimum. Hourly as-directed bookings for sedans and SUVs have a 3-hour minimum. Stretch limousines — Cadillac Escalade Limo, Hummer Limousine, and Lincoln Town Car — have a 4-hour minimum for all event and evening bookings. Coach bus rentals also require a 4-hour minimum.
Beltway does not offer last-minute discounts or early-booking discounts. Rates are fixed regardless of when you book. However, booking early ensures availability — especially for stretch limousines during cherry blossom season (late March to April), prom season (May to June), and peak wedding Saturdays. The Sprinter van and Cadillac Escalade are the first vehicles to fully book on spring and summer Saturdays.
