- Payment information: a valid credit card is required for all reservations. We also accept Zelle and Apple Cash for certain transactions. Card and payment details are used to process authorized charges in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and are handled through secure payment processing. We do not store or transmit your full payment details beyond what is required to complete your transaction.
- Communications: the content of messages you send us, including booking confirmations, authorization replies, and text messages.

- Chauffeurs, affiliates, and subcontractors: trip details necessary to perform your reservation. As stated in our Terms & Conditions, Beltway Limousine LLC may use affiliates to contract or subcontract a reservation; affiliates receive only the information needed to complete the trip.
- Payment processors: to process charges you have authorized, including through Square, Zelle, and Apple Cash.
- Booking and dispatch platform: we use Limo Anywhere to manage reservations, dispatch chauffeurs, and send trip confirmations and receipts. Limo Anywhere processes trip and contact information on our behalf as a service provider.
- Service providers: website hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers who process data on our behalf.
- Government and legal requirements: when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, chauffeurs, passengers, or others. For reservations involving federal agencies, embassies, or military installations, we handle data in accordance with any applicable federal or contractual requirements.
Data Retention
We retain reservation and payment records for as long as needed to provide service, resolve disputes, satisfy accounting and tax requirements, and meet legal obligations applicable to commercial passenger transportation. When information is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption across our website and restricted access to booking records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.

SMS and Text Message Communications
