Four Details to Review Before Leaving for Buzzard Point
- Your Gate: Audi Field uses Gates A, B, C, and Premium Entry, but the correct entrance can vary by event and ticket type. Check the event-specific gate guidance attached to your ticket before leaving.
- Your Seats: Suite, club, or other premium access may change where you enter and how early you want to reach the stadium. Use the instructions associated with your ticket rather than relying solely on the advertised start time.
- Your Bag: Audi Field currently limits permitted bags to 14 x 14 x 6 inches. Standard backpacks are prohibited except for listed exceptions, so check if your bag meets the current size rules before leaving your hotel or home.
- After the Final Whistle: Audi Field does not allow pickups on South Capitol Street after matches. Confirm where you will reconnect with your chauffeur before kickoff so you are not deciding where to meet once you are outside with the crowd.

Audi Field directs Metro passengers to Navy Yard-Ballpark on the Green Line; current event guidance puts the walk at roughly 18 minutes. For first-time visitors, that distance is worth knowing before choosing Metro based only on the station name.
Nationals Park
Nationals Park sits north of Audi Field. After matches, Audi Field directs ridesharing passengers toward this area rather than South Capitol Street.
